What is the difference between pantyhose and tights?
Pantyhose are sheer and tights are more opaque. Stockings are measured in Deniers, a unit of density measurement for textile fibers. The lower the denier, the finer the yarn, the more sheer the stockings. The higher the denier, the more opaque the hosiery. Opaque tights also are heavier and warmer.

After I buy, when will you ship?
After we receive your certified payment for the stockings, we usually will ship the same or next business day.

How long does shipping take?
In the US, it usually takes 3-5 days for delivery. Priority Mail is a little faster (2-3 days). Domestically, we also offer expedited overnight shipping for your convenience. If you live in Canada, unfortunately shipping time is not consistent. It can be there in 3 days, but unfortunately, Canadian Customs have held even small packages for up to 3 weeks. The good news is that in over 10 years of shipping, not one package got lost, they all made it eventually. To Europe or Australia/Asia/New Zealand, shipping time takes about 7-10 days. Italian customer may have to wait a little longer, we have had shipping times up to 3 weeks.

What if the item is defective?
We always send out unopened, brand new merchandise. Unfortunately, even they are not 100% defect free. If you receive a pair of hosiery that has a defect, let us know and we will replace them.

My item is different from what I ordered?
We make an effort to be as precise as possible but we are human and as such, mistakes happen. If you got the wrong stockings, we sincerely apologize, let us know and we will be happy to send you the right pair.
